Planning Regulations
Planning permission is a vital part of your project.
In England, if your structure is less than 182 square metres and does not have a ridged roof higher than 4 metres (13ft 2in) or in any other case more than 3 metres (9ft 10in) above ground level, then it will usually be classed as a semi permanent structure and will not require planning permission.
Anything larger than this will require planning permission from your local authority. We are happy to apply for planning permission on your behalf as part of the project once your plans have been finalised.
For more information about planning permission, a government guide to planning permission can be found at www.communities.gov.uk
For non-English planning permission please contact Anglia Log Cabins.
